Program Description

Shouldersrenewec provides guided outdoor movement programs designed to help participants develop a consistent habit of moving outside every day. Our services include structured walking sessions, urban park circuits, bayou trail walks, weekend wilderness excursions, seasonal outdoor programs, route guidance, mobility warm-ups, cool-down stretches, and community group activities. Program details, schedules, routes, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated periodically.

Eligibility

To enroll in a Shouldersrenewec program, you must be at least sixteen years of age. Participants under eighteen must have parental or guardian consent. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in outdoor walking and light mobility activities, and you agree to disclose any relevant health conditions or mobility limitations during enrollment. We reserve the right to decline enrollment or restrict participation if we determine that a program is not suitable for your current physical condition.

Enrollment and Payment

Program enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the selected package. Prices displayed on shouldersrenewec.world are in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice for future enrollments. Current pricing at the time of your purchase applies to your enrollment. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods before your first scheduled session. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your enrollment without refund of any partial payments, subject to our Return Policy.

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in Shouldersrenewec programs, you agree to:

• Arrive on time at designated meeting points for scheduled outdoor sessions
• Wear appropriate footwear, clothing, and sun protection for outdoor activities
• Bring adequate water and any personal items recommended in your program materials
• Follow instructions provided by trained guides during all sessions
• Inform guides of any changes to your physical condition that may affect participation
• Behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and the public spaces we use
• Not engage in activities that endanger yourself or others during sessions
• Comply with all applicable laws, park rules, and trail regulations during outdoor activities

Session Scheduling and Cancellations

Shouldersrenewec schedules sessions based on program calendars published for each package. We reserve the right to modify session times, routes, or locations due to weather conditions, park closures, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and offer rescheduled sessions or alternative routes. Participants who miss scheduled sessions without prior notice are not entitled to make-up sessions unless otherwise specified in their program package terms.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in outdoor movement programs involves inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather exposure, traffic near urban routes, interactions with wildlife, and physical exertion. By enrolling in any Shouldersrenewec program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and agree that Shouldersrenewec, its guides, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
